Book Group F meets on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 1pm, generally over lunch in The White Horse, Easthampstead Rd. We are a lively group of 10 members with a wide variety in reading taste which makes for really diverse reads. We take it in turn to choose the books we read; sometimes using the allocated book-group book from Wokingham Library and sometimes bringing in our own personal choices. We have a good discussion about the book of the month and give it a score out of ten - then move on to the more social and more pressing side of catching up with everything that has happened since we saw each other last!
We have had a couple of very successful outings, to Greenwich to see 'The Harrison Clocks' after reading Longitude, and to The Globe Theatre.........and there are certainly more in the pipeline
