We are a friendly, informal group which welcomes new members when space is available. This group is broadly intended for people who already have a good conversational level and wish to practise their German, who've lived in a German-speaking country and/or who have studied the language at A level. We currently have two native speakers including a retired teacher as a member.
In our sessions, people bring to each session a topic of interest relating to the German-speaking world. We recognise group members will be at different levels, and we conduct the session so as to give everybody an opportunity to participate.
We usually meet on the 4th Friday of each month at a member's house from 10:00 to 12:00, with a Kaffeepause in the middle.
