This group started in September 2019 and is working through the Cambridge Latin course, now on Book IV. The work is supplemented periodically by optional English to Latin translation. We are supported at each meeting by a member of the Latin Scholars group. The group includes members who have never previously learnt Latin and those who learnt at school.
At the moment the group meet for a short session each week on Zoom, having originally met twice a month for longer sessions in members' houses on a rotating basis.
With a maximum of ten in the group plus support, we aim to continue learning Latin in an enjoyable way, helping and supporting each other as we progress.
There is currently a vacancy for a new member who has completed Book IV of the Cambridge Latin course or equivalent.
