Events
Other than normal Group meetings, there are currently no additional events scheduled for this Group

This group walks once a month with like-minded friends.
It was established in 2015 and meets monthly at around 10.15am/10.30am on the 3rd Wednesday of the month. An opportunity for getting out into the countryside, getting some exercise and having a good chat.
Walks maintain a relaxed pace and are usually between 4 and 5 miles using local footpaths, bridleways and country roads.
Local history is often part of the walk, together with visiting local landmarks and viewpoints.
A newsletter is distributed to members each month providing a report of the previous month’s walk, details of the next walk (including details of walk length, hills, stiles etc) and a diary for future walks.
