Events
Other than normal Group meetings, there are currently no additional events scheduled for this Group

Our friendly and welcoming welcoming group is aimed at those people who enjoy getting out and about and particularly like taking photos with smartphones or cameras. We have a monthly outing to a place of interest and hope to be inspired on our leisurely walks by scenery, history and culture.
We look for good photo opportunities, be they with flowers, the countryside, architecture or water. The emphasis is on our social interaction during a visit and we usually have lunch or tea together as part of our outing. Usually there are between 15-20 people on a walk. Each of us submits several photos after a visit and the resultant gallery provides a fascinating comparison of the differing interpretations of the photographers.
New members are always welcome so give us a try!
- No special cameras are needed, we embrace a diverse range of skill levels.
- We meet once a month, on the 4th Wednesday of the month.
- Members take turns at organising a monthly outing.
